Nestled on over 100 acres, The Orchard is a venue that prides itself on throwing spectacular weddings. Part-event space, part-upscale lodge, this venue has spent years offering top-of-the-line hospitality to couples nationwide. The land is lined by pecans and oak trees, while the on-site house has over 5,000 square feet where you and your guests can stay as you prepare for the day of your dreams!
Details of the Grounds
The Orchard was designed to be a self-contained venue for your wedding day. You will have everything you need on-site, so you don’t have to navigate traffic as you prepare for your ceremony. Before your wedding begins, you can raise a glass in the bridal suite cabin outfitted with bright lights and vanities where you can get completely ready. You will be right next door to the ceremony site once it’s time for the wedding to formally begin!
There are several spots that you can use for your wedding day. Many choose to exchange their vows in the Outdoor Pergola. Here, you will have an elevated space to proclaim your love as your guests look on from the field around the stage. If you would prefer, you can use the open-air Covered Plaza with a two-sided fireplace. Indoor ceremonies can use the expansive Pecan Room. This area is the perfect blank slate, with high white ceilings accented with rustic wooden beams.
For cocktail hour, guests can head to the Covered Plaza and enjoy drinks around the fire. This space is just outside the Pecan Room, where guests can head inside once the reception begins. You will have plenty of space to mingle in this room before hitting the dance floor! The Orchard can accommodate up to 350 guests.
Photography Opportunities
For your wedding day photos, you will have acres of pristine, tree-lined land to use for the backdrops at The Orchard Wedding Venue. The venue also offers picture-perfect spots like the wooden bridge or the front of the Pecan Room. The brightly lit bridal suite will be your place to get pictures before the ceremony, and the stairs leading into the reception site will give you a way to show off the details of your gown.
Wedding Details
The Orchard Wedding Venue features a 6-bedroom lodge and 15 cabins, so your guests can stay on-site if you’d like. Throughout the day, the venue will offer set-up and breakdown using its tables and chairs. There is parking on-site, and the caterer of your choice can use the prep kitchen.
