2621 W. Eldorado Parkway, Little Elm, Texas 75068
Knotting Hill Place is a family-owned wedding venue that was started by Becky and Brian Banner. The two worked in the technology and real estate industries before deciding it was time to make a change. They purchased Knotting Hill Place and went to work creating a space where the next chapter of love stories could be written. Today, the team is passionate about crafting an experience that’s different from the rest. They will be there every step of the way, ensuring you have the wedding of your dreams.
The centerpiece of Knotting Hill Place wedding venue is an expansive mansion located at the heart of the property. You will start out your day here, getting ready in The Royal Room. This bridal suite has been equipped with a stage and a 3-way mirror so you can slip on your gown and get some positively gorgeous pictures.
Grooms can use The Regal Room. This masculine space has a pool table that can be used while the guys wait for the wedding to start.
Most ceremonies happen on the Event Lawn. There are two gazebos, and water features that add to the ambiance. The aisle has been paved, and you can add a runner if you’d like. For those who would prefer an indoor wedding, you can use the Ceremony Cathedral. This elegant space has a stage at the front with massive windows that let in natural light. Grecian-inspired stonework elevates the area, while the statement circle lights add modernity.
You can host your cocktail hour in the Courtyard. This area rests just outside the mansion’s doors and gives your guests a paved space where they can take in the views as you take your pictures.
The evening will conclude with a reception in the Grand Ballroom. This is a space that absolutely lives up to its name! There are several stages where you can set up your table as well as your entertainment. A grand staircase leads upstairs to a balcony that overlooks the room, and crystal chandeliers illuminate the space. Knotting Hill Place will be able to host parties with up to 300 guests.
For your wedding portraits, you can make your way through the Knotting Hill Place gardens for intimate portraits together. The grand staircase gives you the chance to gently drape your dress’s train. I also highly suggest you take some pictures with the breathtaking mansion as your backdrop!
The team at Knotting Hill Place will be there to make sure you have everything for your wedding day. Your rental will last for 10 hours. There will be security, a valet, and an on-site manager. They will take care of the tables, chairs, and bars and will offer you a rental catalog for everything else. The venue uses a list of preferred caterers.
