Nestled in the countryside of Aubrey, Texas, Brighton Abbey is a space where breathtaking architecture and secluded nature meet to create a wedding venue unlike any other. This venue was founded by husband-and-wife team Brian and Becky Banner. Together, the two work diligently to host one-of-a-kind events. The venue frequently receives high reviews from clients and is regularly featured on “best of” lists from The Knot and WeddingWire. The serene setting and the exceptional service will ensure you have the wedding of your dreams!
Details of the Grounds
The heart of Brighton Abbey is a sprawling mansion wedding venue that takes influence from European estates. The house is where you will start out your day as you get ready in the bridal suite and the groom’s room. You will have plenty of space to put on those finishing touches while enjoying a glass of champagne!
For your ceremony, you will have two options. For those who prefer a nature-filled wedding, you can tie the knot out on the lawn with the white-columned pavilion behind you. If you would prefer to get married indoors, you will use the Chapel. This space is stunning, with cathedral ceilings, white pews, stone walls, and crystal chandeliers. The back wall features floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the woods. There is also a stage at the front where you can stand.
From there, your guests will head outside for a cocktail hour in the gardens. You can work with the venue to find the ideal spot for a portable bar so your guests can have drinks before striding around.
Finally, your reception will take place in the ballroom located in the main hall. The room has white and black tile floors, cathedral ceilings, and chandeliers. You will have enough space in this room to accommodate up to 200 guests.
