I absolutely believe that no two weddings are the same, just like no two couples are alike. Every couple I work with is unique and special from Day One. I’m here to ensure that you and your fiancé have an incredible experience, and that connection shines through in every photo and video.
Your wedding deserves nothing less than the best, and I want your experience to be as unforgettable as the memories we’ll capture. After all, you’ll be reliving these moments for a lifetime and passing them down through generations! So reach out, let's start get to know each other.
2. Consultation
I’m thrilled you got in touch! We’ll schedule a call where we can get to know each other better. It’s a chance to discuss your love story, explore which packages best fit your day, and answer any booking questions you might have.
Given that details will be fine-tuned later, I'll help in creating a timeline, discuss the possibility of engagement or bridal sessions, and/or any other pre-wedding films you might want.
After all, we’re going to be best friends for 6+ hours on your wedding day, so let’s make sure we’re the perfect match for each other.
Once you're ready, I recommend booking as soon as possible. Some couples even secure their date with me before choosing their venue! I don’t mean to add pressure, but my calendar fills up quickly—especially for peak dates, which are often booked 8-12+ months in advance, and 6+ months for non-peak dates.
In short, book early to reserve your date and ensure you get me for your special day. There’s only one of me, and dates fill up fast!
3. BOOKING
Yay! The big day has finally arrived. You've put in the hard work, so now it’s time to relax and enjoy every moment with your friends and family. At this point, all the details are sorted, and we’re right by your side for the entire coverage window you’ve booked with Mentopia Weddings.
With the timeline set and the details covered, we’ll be capturing every gorgeous moment for you. Just be present and soak it all up— your wedding day is here, and it’s going to be awesome!
4. WEdding day!
After your wedding, you'll receive a sneak peek gallery of photos and a teaser film within the first week. I know you’ll be eagerly checking your email every day in anticipation! While the full delivery is within six weeks, I’ll keep you updated and communicate often throughout this time.
I can’t wait to deliver your photos and videos, and I often surprise couples by finishing them even earlier—because I just can’t wait to edit and share those masterpieces with you. Congratulations, newlyweds!!!!
5. Photo & video delivery

Two Days of Full Wedding Coverage: This experience captures your wedding weekend as a single story rather than individual events. Coverage across both days allows space for moments to breathe, from emotional exchanges to high-energy celebrations.
Full Wedding Video & Highlight Film: Your final delivery includes a 60–90 minute full wedding film that preserves ceremonies, speeches, and key moments in their entirety, along with a 5–8 minute highlight film crafted to bring together the emotion, sound, and energy of the weekend.
Professional Audio & Thoughtful Editing: Vows, speeches, and meaningful moments are recorded with clean, professional audio and paired with licensed music and intentional pacing. The result is a film that feels honest, immersive, and true to how the weekend actually felt.

Do you work with planners and cultural coordinators?
Absolutely. I work closely with planners and coordinators to ensure timelines flow smoothly and every meaningful moment is accounted for.
What if our schedule changes across days?
Multi-day weddings are dynamic. Coverage is designed to adapt as plans evolve, with flexibility built into the experience.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes. Travel within the Dallas–Fort Worth area is included. Destination and out-of-area weddings are welcomed and discussed during consultation.
Mente and his team are so professional and so kind and SO talented!! They had a way of making everyone feel comfortable and they captured the most beautiful, authentic moments. I showed Mente an example of what I wanted our video to be like and he nailed it - and it's even better than I could've expected. He even provided a preview of our video just TWO DAYS after the wedding! I am so grateful I went with this company. If you're on the fence about getting a videographer.. don't be. DO IT! It's worth EVERY penny. (And go with Mentopia) 10/10 recommend :)

Mentopia was truly the best vendor we picked for our wedding. Mente and team did our engagement and wedding photos! My husband (fiance at the time), forgot his belt for the engagement shoot and without missing a beat, Mente offered his own belt to him. Clearly just one example where he went above and beyond. We just received our wedding photos back (only took one month after the wedding) and are LOVING these pictures! I can't wait to decide which ones we print for our house and family.
